SAMANTHA BROCKWAY

An Artist, Illustrator and Designer who works in many mediums but has loved working in watercolour since saving up for her first boxed set as a child. She prefers the translucent nature of watercolour and the texture of pigments.

Samantha studied at Bristol, graduating with a BA Hons in Graphics and Illustration.
Shortlisted for the Macmillian Children’s Book Illustration Competition which led to several book illustrations and exhibitions around the country, before joining the Greetings Card Industry in Northamptonshire for 15 years.

Now working freelance, Samantha has really developed her individual style. She is a member of both KDAS and Northants Open Studios, which has connected her to other inspirational artists and local exhibitions; including prize winner in 2023 NOS Central Exhibition.
